Henan Tong-Da Cable (002560.SZ) has announced that the company has been recommended as the winning bidder for the first batch of material procurement for the Shujianda project of State Grid Corporation of China in 2025 (first-line equipment bidding and procurement) (Tender No.: 0711-25OTL00221001, Sub-item No.: SG2502-1402-21002) for Packages 2, 24, and 49. The winning materials are all ground wires. According to the company's calculation, the total value of the above-mentioned winning materials is approximately 116 million yuan, accounting for about 2.07% of the company's total operating income in 2023.
After the official award of the above project, the performance of its contract is expected to have a positive impact on the company's future business activities and operating performance, benefiting the enhancement of the company's wire and cable sector business, and contributing to the increase in the company's profitability and core competitiveness, without affecting the independence of the company's operations.
