SINOHYTEC (02402) announced that as of the date of this announcement, relevant parties are still actively promoting the work of purchasing shares of Dingzhou Xuyang and raising supporting funds through the issuance of A shares, and the company expects that trading will not resume on March 6, 2025 (Thursday). Due to the uncertainty of the proposed transaction, in order to ensure fair disclosure of information, safeguard the interests of investors, and avoid causing significant impact on A-share prices, in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Shanghai Stock Exchange and at the request of the company, trading of A shares will continue to be suspended from March 6, 2025 (Thursday) for a period not exceeding five Shanghai Stock Exchange trading days. During the suspension of A-share trading, the company's H shares listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will continue to be traded. The company will make further announcements and apply for the resumption of A-share trading in due course.
