BBMG Corporation (02009) announced that the Board of Directors received a resignation letter from Mr. Yu Fei on March 4, 2025. Due to job changes, Mr. Yu Fei resigned from his positions as an independent director, a member of the Board's Audit Committee, a member of the Compensation and Nomination Committee, and a member of the Strategy and Investment Committee. Mr. Yu Fei confirmed that he had no disagreements with the Board of Directors and there were no issues related to his resignation that needed to be brought to the attention of BBMG Corporation shareholders. In accordance with the Company Law, the Regulations on the Management of Independent Directors of Listed Companies, the company's Articles of Association, and other relevant provisions, Mr. Yu Fei's resignation will take effect from the date it was delivered to the Board of Directors.
