PICC GROUP (01339) announced that the company has received the resignation letter from the executive director Li Zhuyong. Li Zhuyong resigned from his positions as executive director, vice president, chairman of the Board of Directors Risk Management and Consumer Rights Protection Committee, member of the Board of Directors Related Party Transactions Control Committee, compliance officer, and Chief Risk Officer due to work changes. The resignation will be effective from March 3, 2025.
