Guizhou Guihang Automotive Components (600523.SH) announced that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation report from Ms. Sun Dongyun, the board secretary and finance director. Due to age reasons, Ms. Sun Dongyun applied to resign from her positions as board secretary and finance director. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Articles of Association", Ms. Sun Dongyun's resignation report will take effect from the date of delivery to the board of directors.
