CDB LEASING (01606): Zhang Chuanhong's qualification as a non-executive director has been approved.

CDB LEASING (01606) announced that the company has learned that the Shenzhen Regulatory Bureau of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission has approved Mr. Zhang Chuanhong's qualifications to serve as a non-executive director of the company. Accordingly, Mr. Zhang Chuanhong is appointed as a non-executive director of the third board of directors of the company, effective from February 28, 2025, until the expiration of the term of the third board of directors. Upon approval by the board of directors, Mr. Zhang Chuanhong is appointed as a member of the Risk Management and Internal Control Committee, the Related Party Transaction Control Committee, and the Social Responsibility and Consumer Rights Protection Committee of the third board of directors, from February 28, 2025, until the expiration of the term of the third board of directors. Starting from February 28, 2025, Mr. Liu Xipi will no longer serve as a non-executive director, a member of the Risk Management and Internal Control Committee, the Related Party Transaction Control Committee, and the Social Responsibility and Consumer Rights Protection Committee of the board of directors.
