DYNAMIC HOLD (00029) released its mid-term performance for the six months ended December 31, 2024. The group reported a revenue of HK$33.784 million, a decrease of 11.81% compared to the same period last year. The group's net loss attributable to owners amounted to HK$42.182 million, while a profit of HK$5.366 billion was achieved in the same period last year. The loss per share was 17.75 HK cents.
For the six months ended December 31, 2024, the group's total revenue was HK$33.784 million (2023: HK$38.307 million), with a gross profit of HK$22.196 million (2023: HK$24.914 million). Compared to the previous year, the revenue decreased by approximately 12% and the gross profit decreased by approximately 11%. The gross profit margin slightly increased to around 66% (2023: 65%). This performance was mainly due to a decrease in rental income from the group's investment properties in mainland China (settled in RMB).
