NEO TELEMEDIA(08167) announced that Mr. Zhang Shengtai has resigned from his positions as Executive Director, Deputy Chairman of the Company, CEO, member of the Nomination Committee, member of the Remuneration Committee, and the authorized representative under Rule 5.24 of the GEM Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, effective from February 28, 2025, due to his retirement plan. Dr. Loh Hoi Kwan, Executive Director and Chairman of the Board, has been appointed as the authorized representative, effective from February 28, 2025.
