ZACD (08313) has announced that Ye Peisen has resigned as the company secretary and will no longer serve as the authorized representative, effective from February 28, 2025. After Ye Peisen's resignation, the board also announced that He Yongxin has been appointed as the new company secretary and authorized representative, effective from February 28, 2025. Starting from February 28, 2025, Executive Director and Chairman Shen Juanjuan has been appointed as a member of the company's Nomination Committee. Following the above changes, the Nomination Committee now consists of five members, namely Lin Junfeng (Chairman), Shen Juanjuan, Yao Junyuan, Liu Jiancong, and Ma Yaoliang.
