OSHIDORI (00622) announced that, during the relevant period, the company, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, sold a total of 18,479,000 shares of Zhongan Insurance (accounting for approximately 1.3% of Zhongan's issued share capital as of the date of this announcement) through a series of transactions on the open market for a total consideration of HK$255 million (excluding transaction costs), at an average price of HK$13.8 per share of Zhongan Insurance.
