ORIENTSEC INT(08001) announced that, starting from February 28, 2025: Xiao Jianwei has resigned as an independent non-executive director and as the chairman of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee; Zheng Jingfu has resigned as an independent non-executive director and as a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee; Chen Zhihui has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and as the chairman of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee; and Guan Huiling has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and as a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee.
