HKEX (00388) appoints Ding Chen as a member of the HKEX Board of Directors.

HKEX (00388) has announced the appointment of Ding Chen to replace Leung Yee Yu as a member of the HKEX Board of Directors. His term will begin after the 2025 HKEX Shareholders' Annual General Meeting on April 30, 2025, and will end upon the completion of the Shareholders' Annual General Meeting in 2027.
