Qinhuangdao Port (03369) announced that Zhu Hanliang has resigned from his position as joint company secretary due to work changes, effective from the date of this announcement. The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Wu Xiuwei as the joint company secretary of the company, effective from the date of this announcement. Ms. Wu meets the qualifications of a company secretary as stipulated in Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Tian Hongwei will continue to serve as the company's other joint company secretary.
