LOGAN GROUP (03380) announced that as of 5:00 pm on February 27, 2025 (Hong Kong time), it holds a total principal amount of 6.207 billion US dollars of the company's "offshore debt" (including existing notes, equity-linked securities (ELS), existing loans, and structured financing and guaranteed debt), and more than 80.8% of the consenting creditors have joined the overall CSA. Due to the smooth progress, the general CSA fees have been closed today.
