Beigene (06160) announced that Shalini Sharp has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board Audit Committee starting from March 1, 2025. Anthony C. Hooper will no longer serve as the Chairman of the Audit Committee, but will continue to serve as a member of the Audit Committee.
