YIXIN (02858) issued an announcement that Mr. Zeng Lingqi has been appointed as an executive director and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, while Mr. Yan Zhixiong has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and member of the Audit Committee.

GALAXY ENT(00027) will distribute a final dividend of HK$0.5 per share on June 12th.

ASIA ALLIED INF (00711) spent HKD 15,000 to repurchase 32,000 shares on February 27th.
