CITIC SEC(06030): CITIC SEC International provides guarantee for the issuance of $10 million notes by CSI MTN Limited.

CITIC SEC (06030) announced that its overseas wholly-owned subsidiary, CITIC SEC International's subsidiary, CSI MTN Limited (hereinafter referred to as the issuer or guarantor), established a medium-term note program with a maximum principal amount of $3 billion (or the equivalent in other currencies) on March 29, 2022. This note program is guaranteed by CITIC SEC International. The issuer issued a note under the note program on February 26, 2025, with an issuance amount of $10 million. After this issuance, the total principal balance of notes issued by the issuer under the note program amounts to $2.56 billion.
