SHK PPT (00016) announced its performance for the period ending December 31, 2024, with the group achieving a revenue of HK$39.933 billion, an increase of 44.99% year-on-year. The profit attributable to company shareholders was HK$7.523 billion, a decrease of 17.74% year-on-year, with basic earnings per share of HK$2.6. The company intends to distribute an interim dividend of HK$0.95 per share.
The announcement stated that during the review period, the group's profit from property sales amounted to HK$2.506 billion, calculated as a percentage of equity, compared to HK$2.04 billion in the same period. The group's total contracted sales for the period were approximately HK$25.5 billion.
During the review period, the group acquired two residential sites with a total gross floor area of approximately 465,000 square feet.
