China Galaxy (06881) announced that Ms. Liu Chun has resigned from her position as an independent non-executive director of the company after serving for over six years. She has also stepped down as the Chairman of the Audit Committee, a member of the Compliance and Risk Management Committee, and a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, effective from February 26, 2025. After resigning from the aforementioned positions, Ms. Liu Chun will no longer hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries.
