SHANGHAI PECHEM (00338) announced that the Board of Directors received Mr. Guan Zemin's written resignation on February 26, 2025. Mr. Guan Zemin resigned from the positions of Vice Chairman, Executive Director, Vice Chairman of the Strategic and ESG Committee, and General Manager of the company upon reaching retirement age. His resignation will not result in the number of board members falling below the legal minimum.
