SHANGHAI PECHEM (00338) announced that the Board of Directors received Mr. Guan Zemin's written resignation on February 26, 2025. Mr. Guan Zemin resigned from the positions of Vice Chairman, Executive Director, Vice Chairman of the Strategic and ESG Committee, and General Manager of the company upon reaching retirement age. His resignation will not result in the number of board members falling below the legal minimum.

DYNAMIC HOLD (00029) issued a profit warning, expecting that the mid-term comprehensive net loss attributable to shareholders will be approximately HKD 42 million.

MILLIONHOPE IND (01897) spent 18,000 Hong Kong dollars to buy back 40,000 shares on February 26th.
