AM GROUP (01849) announced that a special general meeting of shareholders will be held on February 26, 2025 to vote on the removal of Mr. Mou Lei from the board of directors. If the proposal to remove him is approved at the special general meeting of shareholders, it will come into effect on the date of the ordinary resolution approving the removal. After the proposal to remove Mr. Mou is approved at the special general meeting of shareholders, he will also step down as Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Ms. Zhang Lilei will be appointed as the sole Chairman of the Board of Directors.
