Shanghai Titan Scientific Co., Ltd. (688133.SH) announced that the electronic-grade ultrapure water developed and produced by its subsidiary, Anhui Tiandi High Purity Solvent Co., Ltd. (referred to as "the subsidiary"), has recently achieved success in internal testing at the subsidiary. The electronic-grade ultrapure water successfully developed and produced by the subsidiary is based on the mature production process of the subsidiary's high purity solvents, which have been upgraded and improved through four main steps: pre-treatment, reverse osmosis technology, ultrapure treatment, and post-treatment. Using multiple filtration stages, high-performance ion exchange units, ultrafiltration filters, UV lamps, TOC removal devices, and other methods, the production process meets the highest level EW-I requirements in the national standard GB/T11446.1-2013, and also meets the SEMI international standard G4 level. This production process ensures the purity of ultrapure water, meeting the high water quality requirements of the electronics industry. Electronic-grade ultrapure water is typically used for cleaning and formulation in the electronics industry, including but not limited to applications in semiconductor manufacturing, LCD production, photovoltaic cell manufacturing, and other electronic component production fields.
