JOHNSON ELEC H(00179) rose over 7% again, up 6.67% to 15.36 Hong Kong dollars as of press time, with a turnover of 53.5323 million Hong Kong dollars.
On the news front, Delphi Motors previously announced that its revenue for the first three quarters of 2024 reached 2.73 billion US dollars, a 5% decrease year-on-year. The company expects full-year sales to decline by a low single-digit percentage compared to last year. Citigroup released a research report stating that due to weak demand for automotive and industrial products in the United States/European Union, it has lowered Delphi's profit forecast for the 2025 fiscal year by 3%, but with the development of new business, it raised its earnings forecast for the 2026 to 2027 fiscal years by 1% to 2%.
Citigroup also stated that it expects Delphi's performance for the 2025 fiscal year to focus more on the latest developments in the humanoid Siasun Robot & Automation motor system new business. In addition, the bank noted that Jiangsu Leili Motor and Shenzhen Topband, among peers in the A-share market, have also begun to expand from the current automotive, home appliances, and power tool applications to humanoid Siasun Robot & Automation business related to automotive systems.
