ROBOSENSE (02498) announced that on February 26, 2025, the company and the placing agents entered into a placing agreement to place a maximum of 22 million new shares at a price of HKD 46.15 per share. Assuming all placing shares are allocated to placees, the net proceeds from the placing will be approximately HKD 989 million, with around 70% intended for research and development; around 20% intended for constructing and enhancing production lines domestically and abroad; and around 10% intended for exploring potential strategic partnerships.
