Air China Limited (00753) announced that the seventh session of the board of directors meeting was held on February 25, 2025, and resolved: Ma Chongxian was elected as the chairman of the seventh board of directors; Wang Mingyuan was elected as the vice chairman of the seventh board of directors; Gao Chunlei, Xu Niansha, He Yun, and Tan Yunzhi were appointed as members of the Audit and Risk Management Committee (Supervisory Committee); Ma Chongxian, Xu Niansha, and He Yun were appointed as members of the Strategic and Investment Committee; Ma Chongxian, He Yun, Tan Yunzhi, and Gao Chunlei were appointed as members of the Nomination Committee; Xu Niansha, He Yun, and Gao Chunlei were appointed as members of the Remuneration and Assessment Committee; and Wang Mingyuan, Xu Niansha, and Ma Chongxian were appointed as members of the Aviation Safety Committee. Recently, in the third eleventh session of the employee representative conference, Xiao Peng was elected as the employee director of the company.
