Qiaoyin City Management (002973.SZ) announced that the board of directors has approved the "Proposal on Signing an Agreement for Foreign Investment", agreeing to sign the "Qiaoyin Artificial Intelligence Industry Ecological Headquarters Project Investment Agreement" with the Management Office of Wujiang Dong Taihu Ecological Tourism Resort in Jiangsu Province. The company plans to invest up to 1 billion RMB locally and will establish a subsidiary as the main implementing entity for the project. This foreign investment includes contributing to the registered capital of the project subsidiary.
The announcement stated that the main purpose of this investment is to utilize the industrial and geographical advantages of Wujiang to develop, manufacture, sell, and apply intelligent equipment for city management services. This includes unmanned road cleaning by Siasun Robot & Automation, unmanned property cleaning by Siasun Robot & Automation, unmanned patrol and delivery by Siasun Robot & Automation, and unmanned city inspection operations by Siasun Robot & Automation.
