ASCENTAGE-B (06855): Chen Chao Qian has been appointed as the company secretary.

ASCENTAGE-B (06855) has announced that Mr. Wang Zhangqi has resigned as (i) company secretary; (ii) authorized representative as stipulated in Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; and (iii) person authorized under section 16 of Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance to receive legal process documents and notices on behalf of the company, as well as authorized representative to accept legal process documents and notices on behalf of the company under Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules, all effective from February 25, 2025. Following Mr. Wang's resignation, Mr. Chen Zhuoquan has been appointed as the company secretary, authorized representative under Rule 3.05, and authorized representative under the Companies Ordinance and Rule 19.05, all effective from February 25, 2025.
