CICC (03908) announced that the company will publicly issue corporate bonds (first tranche) targeting professional investors in 2023. Due to full redemption in this buyback, the remaining full principal and corresponding interest from January 17, 2024 to January 16, 2025 will be repaid on January 17, 2025. The issuer will resell the repurchased bonds at a resale amount of 0 yuan, canceling the bond amount of 1 billion yuan, and will be delisted ahead of schedule on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on March 6, 2025. The announcement states that the bond is abbreviated as "23CICC G1" with a coupon rate of 3%.
