Ocean's King Lighting Science & Technology (002724.SZ) has announced the third phase of its employee stock ownership plan (draft). The shares for this employee stock ownership plan will be sourced from the company's repurchased Ocean's King Lighting Science & Technology A-shares, totaling no more than 5.9324 million shares, representing approximately 0.77% of the total equity of the company as of the announcement date of the employee stock ownership plan. The purchase price of the stocks for the ownership plan is 2.52 yuan per share. The duration of the ownership plan is 24 months. The stocks acquired through this employee stock ownership plan will have a lock-up period of 12 months, starting from the date the draft of the employee stock ownership plan is approved by the shareholders' meeting and the last batch of stocks is transferred to the ownership plan. After the lock-up period expires, the stocks will be unlocked at once.
