HUNLICAR GROUP (03638): Emperor Group Financing Appointed as Independent Financial Advisor

HUNLICAR GROUP (03638) announced that under the Securities and Futures Ordinance, licensed corporation Emperor Corporate Finance Limited (Emperor Corporate Finance) has been appointed as the independent financial advisor to provide advice to the independent board committee on certain offers, particularly on whether the offers are fair and reasonable and the acceptance of the offers. The independent board committee has approved the appointment of Emperor Corporate Finance as the independent financial advisor in accordance with Rule 2.1 of the Takeovers Code.
