SPT ENERGY (01251) announced that on February 25, 2025, the lessor (Haier Finance Leasing) entered into a financing lease agreement C with the lessee five (indirect subsidiary of Beijing Huayou). According to this agreement, the lessee five has agreed to sell its own asset (i.e. leased asset C) to the lessor for a transfer price of RMB 13.3 million; and the lessor has agreed to lease the asset C back to the lessee five for a term of 24 months. The total lease payment amount under financing lease agreement C is RMB 14.0754 million.
Leased asset C is oil and gas field operation equipment and tools located in China.
