Announcement of Palm Eco-Town Development (002431.SZ): The wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, Henan Palm Construction Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Henan Zongjian"), in partnership with Henan Bifeng Ecological Garden Construction Co., Ltd., Keyu Information Technology Co., Ltd., and Henan Aerospace Survey and Planning Co., Ltd., has been confirmed as the winning bidder of the "Huangchuan County 140,000 mu high-standard farmland demonstration area construction project Phase I". As of the disclosure date of this announcement, the company has not yet received the official "Bid Notification" for the project.
