Announcement from Power Construction Corporation of China, Ltd (601669.SH): Recently, the subsidiary companies under CHINA POWER Construction Group, including Power Construction Corporation of China, Ltd International Engineering Group Egypt Branch, Power Construction Corporation of China, Ltd East China Survey and Design Research Institute, and East China Institute Middle East Limited, have signed an EPC contract with Suez Wind Energy Company for the Egypt Suez 1.1GW wind power project. The contract amount is approximately 5.97 billion RMB. The project is located in the Suez Bay area, about 357 kilometers southeast of Cairo. The main project content includes the design, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning, trial operation, and quality assurance work of a 1.1GW wind farm area and three booster stations within the site. The total project duration is approximately 30 months.
