Jiangsu Tongrun Equipment Technology (002150.SZ) intends for its subsidiary, Tongrun Machinery and Electrical, to sell 6.4 million yuan worth of electromechanical sheet metal products to Tongrun Switch Factory.

Jiangsu Tongrun Equipment Technology (002150.SZ) announced that its controlling subsidiary, Changshu Tongrun Electromechanical Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Tongrun Electromechanical"), and Changshu Tongrun Switch Factory Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Tongrun Switch Factory") intend to sign a "Industrial and Mining Products Purchase and Sales Contract", to sell a total amount of 6.4 million yuan (including tax) of electromechanical sheet metal products.
