Jiangsu Tongrun Equipment Technology (002150.SZ) announced that its controlling subsidiary, Changshu Tongrun Electromechanical Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Tongrun Electromechanical"), and Changshu Tongrun Switch Factory Co., Ltd.
