CEB WATER (01857) announced that Ms. Chen Peishan will be appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director from March 13, 2025. Mr. Zhai Haitao will be appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, member of the Audit Committee and member of the Remuneration Committee, starting from the end of the annual general meeting of shareholders, and will no longer seek re-election at the annual general meeting of shareholders. Mr. Huang Yuxi will be transferred from a member of the Nomination Committee to Chairman of the Nomination Committee, starting from the end of the annual general meeting of shareholders.
