So far this year, Dominari Holdings has risen by over 700%, primarily due to the involvement of Trump's two sons in February when they joined the company's advisory board for biotechnology and financial technology. Following this news, Dominari Holdings' stock price briefly skyrocketed by 89%.

Based in Trump Tower, Dominari announced a $13.5 million registered direct offering and private placement, with the board also announcing a special cash dividend of $4 million.
The company, through its subsidiaries, engages in wealth management, investment banking, sales, and trading businesses, with a market value exceeding $50 million.
