Zhisheng Group Holdings (08370) announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Inner Mongolia Haoyang, received a transaction confirmation letter from the Hohhot Public Resource Trading Service Center on February 24, 2025. The letter confirmed that Inner Mongolia Haoyang successfully bid for the acquisition of land on February 23, 2025, at the official starting price of RMB 13.09 million. According to the bidding results, the land is located in Hohhot City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, with a total area of 50,034 square meters. The land use rights are designated for industrial purposes and have a grant period of 50 years. After completing the procedures with the relevant Chinese government agencies, Inner Mongolia Haoyang (as the transferee) will enter into a State-owned construction land use right transfer contract with the entity or relevant Chinese government department (as the transferor) before March 3, 2025. The Group currently owns a data center leased in Shanghai. As stated in the annual report for the year ended June 30, 2024, the Group's business strategy includes strengthening brand promotion, expanding customer base, and scaling up its data center business. Building its own data center and developing a smart computing center are also long-term goals for the Group. Therefore, the land acquisition will help the Group in building its own data center, align with its development strategy, and create long-term benefits. The prime location of the land in Inner Mongolia, coupled with the increasing demand for data center services in the region in recent years, presents a valuable opportunity for the Group to expand its data center service business. The Board of Directors believes that the land acquisition is consistent with the Group's strategic development plan.
