DL Holdings GP (01709) has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, DL Digital Family Office (HK) Limited, plans to rename itself Neuralfin Technology Limited. The Board of Directors believes that this renaming is a strategic move for DL towards accelerating its transformation in the age of artificial intelligence (AI), further enhancing AI Agent services based on neuroscience in the fields of investment and financial services.
The Board believes that the intelligence of artificial intelligence comes from the precise control of synaptic weights by neural algorithms, with tiny synapses being the starting point for carrying thousands of wisdom, not only the core connecting neurons in the human brain, but also the bridge to the future. The Board believes that naming DL's AI technology after this concept will provide a more accurate and broader development prospect for the future.
"Neuralfin Technology" will redefine the mode and form of wealth management, using virtual artificial intelligence customer service as the entry point, to create a dynamic financial community driven by AI. It will integrate cutting-edge global technology with financial investment and global asset management to create a new artificial intelligence interactive financial ecosystem.
