Honz Pharmaceutical (300086.SZ) announced that the Board of Directors has agreed to remove Han Dingfu from the position of Chief Financial Officer, but he will continue to serve as Director of Internal Control and Compliance. The Board of Directors has also approved the appointment of Li Jing as the new Chief Financial Officer, with a term starting from the date of approval at this Board meeting until the end of the sixth session of the Board of Directors.
