GD LAND (00124) has been granted a non-committal revolving loan financing of HK$500 million.

GD LAND (00124) announced that on February 24, 2025, the company accepted a non-binding revolving loan financing of HK$500 million for a period of 360 days from a bank (the bank) based on the terms and conditions stated in a loan financing letter (the financing letter) for use as general working capital of the group and for refinancing existing debts.
