Goldwind Science & Technology (02208) provides guarantee for its wholly-owned subsidiary Goldwind Australia.

Goldwind Science & Technology (02208) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Goldwind International Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Goldwind International"), through its wholly-owned subsidiary Goldwind Australia Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Goldwind Australia"), has signed a Wind Turbine Operation and Maintenance Agreement with Zenith Energy Operations Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Zenith"), under which Goldwind Australia will provide operation and maintenance services for its turbines. Goldwind Science & Technology has signed a Parent Company Guarantee Agreement with Zenith to provide guarantee for the performance obligations and duties of Goldwind Australia under the aforementioned Wind Turbine Operation and Maintenance Agreement. The guarantee amount is 12.6405 million Australian dollars (equivalent to approximately 58.0553 million RMB), and the guarantee period is from the date of signing the Parent Company Guarantee Agreement until 6 months after the expiration of the final defect liability period under the Wind Turbine Operation and Maintenance Agreement (estimated from February 24, 2025 to December 30, 2042).
