Anhui Sunhere Pharmaceutical Excipients (300452.SZ) issued a announcement that its shareholder Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical Industry Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical") with a 10.20% stake, intends to reduce its holdings by a total of no more than 6,978,000 shares, or 3% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding and bulk trading within 90 days after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement (March 18, 2025 to June 15, 2025) for operational needs.
