HUAYUEXPRESSWAY (01823): Renhuai, Guizhou has obtained a bank fixed asset loan limit of 300 million yuan.
Huayu Expressway (01823) has issued an announcement that Guizhou Renhuai Huayu Liquor Co., Ltd. ("Guizhou Renhuai") will acquire a 5% stake in the company.
HUAYUEXPRESSWAY (01823) announced that Guiyang Renhuai Huayu Liquor Co., Ltd. ("Guiyang Renhuai"), a subsidiary company with a 51% equity interest, has obtained a bank fixed asset loan quota of RMB 300 million from the China CCB Bank Limited, Zunyi Branch ("the Bank"), and has signed a RMB 300 million bank fixed asset loan contract ("the Loan Contract") with the Bank. As of the date of this announcement, RMB 112 million has been drawn. According to the Loan Contract between Guiyang Renhuai and the Bank, the Bank agrees to provide the Loan to Guiyang Renhuai, with a maximum amount of RMB 300 million, for a duration of 10 years, to be used for the construction of the Huayu Liquor production project in Chunshu Village, Renhuai City, Guizhou Province, China. In consideration of the Bank providing the Loan, the company agrees to provide joint and several liability guarantees to the Bank to secure the principal and debts under the Loan Contract for Guiyang Renhuai.
