LEGEND UPSTAR (00459) subsidiary granted a loan of 25 million Hong Kong dollars.

LEGEND UPSTAR (00459) announced that on February 13, 2025, its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, Junlian Credit, entered into a mortgage loan agreement with borrowers (Xu Zuozhi, Yishan Limited) and mortgagors. Junlian Credit agreed to grant a loan of HK$25 million to the borrowers, with an actual annual interest rate of 10.5% and a repayment period of 12 months.
