BEIJING ENT (00392) announced that the issuance of the first phase of the 2025 Technology Innovation Company Bonds was officially completed after the delivery on February 13, 2025. The issuance is divided into two types: Type one is a 3-year term with an actual issuance size of RMB 1 billion, a coupon rate of 1.83%, and a subscription multiple of 2.82; Type two is a 10-year term with an actual issuance size of RMB 750 million, a coupon rate of 2.08%, and a subscription multiple of 3.0667.
