CITIC SEC(06030): CITIC Securities International provided guarantees for the issuance of $285 million medium-term notes by CSI MTN Limited.

CITIC SEC (06030) announced that its overseas wholly-owned subsidiary CITIC SEC International's affiliated company, CSI MTN Limited (hereinafter referred to as the issuer or the guarantor), established an overseas medium-term note program with a maximum principal amount of $3 billion (or equivalent in other currencies) on March 29, 2022. This medium-term note program is guaranteed by CITIC SEC International. The issuer issued notes under the medium-term note program on February 12 and 13, 2025, with a total issuance amount of $285 million. After this issuance, the total principal amount of notes issued by the issuer under the program amounts to $2.5 billion.
