SUN KONG HLDGS (08631) announced that, following a special resolution passed at the shareholders' special meeting held on January 23, 2025, to approve the change of the company's name, the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands issued a certificate of name change. The company has changed its English name from "Sun Kong Holdings Limited" to "Yufengchang Holdings Limited" and its bilingual name from "SUN KONG HLDGS " to "". These changes took effect on January 28, 2025. The Hong Kong Companies Registry also issued a certificate of registration of a non-Hong Kong company name change on February 12, 2025, confirming that the new English and bilingual names of the company have been registered in Hong Kong under the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622).
The shares will be traded on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange starting at 9:00 am on February 18, 2025, under the new English stock abbreviation "YUFENGCHANG HLD" and the Chinese stock abbreviation "", replacing the English "SUN KONG HLDGS" and Chinese "SUN KONG HLDGS". The company's stock code on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange remains unchanged.
