Dahua Jixian has raised Shunyu Optics' profit forecasts for 2024, 2025, and 2026 by 13%, 10.8%, and 10.7% respectively.
Da Hua Ji Xian released a research report, stating that SUNNY OPTICAL (02382) announced positive earnings, with the net profit expected to increase by 1.4 to 1.5 times compared to 2024. The company maintains a "buy" rating on the company and raised the target price to 100 Hong Kong dollars.
The report states that Sunny Optical's median profit forecast is 13.5% higher than the bank and market expectations respectively, and believes that this is mainly driven by the better-than-expected performance of average selling price and profit margin in the mobile phone business. Da Hua Ji Xian accordingly adjusted its profit forecast for 2024 to 2026, increasing them by 13%, 10.8%, and 10.7%.
