TECHSTARACQ-Z (07855) announced that, as disclosed in the special purpose acquisition company acquisition announcement, for the special purpose acquisition company acquisition transaction, in accordance with Rule 14.54 of the Listing Rules, the acquiring company will be considered as a new listing applicant. The acquiring company has submitted a new listing application to the Stock Exchange on February 12, 2025, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 9 of the Listing Rules regarding new listing applicants, for the approval of the listing and trading of the acquiring company's shares and warrants (New Listing Application).
