Yantai North Andre Juice (605198.SH) announced that the company has signed a "Pomace Supply Agreement" with Yantai Deman Fruit Gum Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Deman Fruit Gum"). The agreement is valid for three years from the date of signing and approval by the 27th meeting of the 8th Board of Directors of the company. During the agreement period, the total supply quantity from the company (including subsidiaries) is 39,000 tons, with a minimum pomace supply quantity of 13,000 tons per contract year. Unless during the agreement period, 95% of the company's total pomace production (aggregated) is less than 39,000 tons, and the company has already supplied 95% of the total pomace production for the contract year to Deman Fruit Gum.
